W imieniu Górazdze Cement S.A. zapraszamy Państwa do złożenia oferty na poniższe pozycje zakupowe dla naszej spółki Gorazdze Kruszywa. Technical requirements for second hand clamshell dredger: 1. Clamshell dredger with hydraulic grasper, 2. Size of grasper 6,5-8 m3 3. Deepness of excavation minimum 30 m 4. Capacity on 20m aprox.300t/h 5. Energy supply - 15kv line on site 6. Additional equipment: - grid do screen out oversize and clay - dewatering screen, - floating belt conveyors B 800 3 pc. (100 m) Wymagania techniczne pogłębiarki używanej: 1. Pogłębiarka chwytakowa, z chwytakiem hydraulicznym, 2. Pojemność chwytaka 6,5 -8 m3 3. Głębokość urabiania min 30m 4. Wydajność na głębokości 20 m około 300 t/h 5. Zasilanie elektryczne - istniejące zasilanie na zakładzie 15 kV 6. Wyposażenie pokładowe: - krata do zrzuty nadgabarytów i gliny, - przesiewacz odwadniający, -pływające przenośniki taśmowe B 800, min 3 szt. 1. The scope of supply, investors requirement and description of the current situation is described on the front of the tender. 2.Conditions for submitting the offer 2.1. Prior to submitting the offer, the bidder should get acquainted with details of the - layout and arrangement drawings of the equipment and objects on site - possibilities for transport and handling of materials/waste - connections of water and electric supply lines and with conditions for use of - location of the construction camp with possible limitations caused by Gorazdze 2. 2. Potential bidders are kindly requested to confirm their participation in the construction site and with local conditions, and particularly with: those media CEMENT requirements tender..............In the confirmation letters there should be specified full name, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address of the person responsible for the contacts. 2. 3. The companies, which received the Inquiry but will not participate in the tender, are kindly requested do not copy but to return all the documents attached. We would appreciate any information about reasons of such negative decision. 2. 4. All information provided in this Inquiry should be considered as confidential and may be available for third parties after written acceptation by the Górażdże Cement S.A., only. 3. The offer should include: 1. The covering letter which should be signed by an authorized representative of the bidder and must include at least confirmation of the offered price, delivery time and validity of the offer. 2. Arrangement drawings with sizing and dimensions. 3. Weight of the equipment. 4. Technical description of the scope of delivery. 5. Lead time. 6. Confirmation that the equipment, comply with the polish and EU safety and environmental standards(CE certification, attest, ISO norms, etc.) 7. Terms of payment - required minimum 45 days. 8. Total purchase cost of equipment split into individual items 9. Plant operating costs over 5 years - the energy costs of the installation together with associated facilities. 10. Detailed list of recommended spare parts with unit prices and lead time for each individual item 11. Unit costs of supervision of erection and commissioning of the installation (the rate per day including accommodation), and the expected period of time. 12. Guarantees, including the warranties for machines and technological parameters (as described in the enclosure "Technical specification"). 13. The list of potential sub suppliers. 14. References and letters of reference, attesting to the performance of similar installations. 15. Current extract from the Register of Companies. 16. Documents that can attest the financial standing of the company (e.g. a F01report for the last accounting period, financial report for the last year, , the opinion of the bidder's bank, etc.). 17. Information about quality and environmental protection certificates held by the bidder. 18. A statement that the bidder has read the tender conditions and accepts them without reservation. 4. The way for examination of the offers 1. The bids, which will not meet the requirements specified in this document, e.g. which will not include all the information required, may be rejected. 2. The offers, which will not be submitted before the deadline determined in the paragraph 2 of the Inquiry, may be rejected. 3. The Górażdże Cement S.A. reserves the right for selection or rejection of the offer without justification, or for ordering of a part of the project, only. 4. The Górażdże Cement S.A. reserves the right for technical/business negotiations with a few potential contractors at the same time. 5. The offers will be examined according to the following criteria: o The proposed technical/process solution o Total cost of purchase and operation of the system o Guaranties offered o References - experience in accomplishment of similar projects.
